Cotswold Model Car Club open meeting 16th March

Traditionally Cotswold Model Car Club have held an open meeting for all
1:10 scale model car racers at the start of each new season. This year
1:5 scale bikes have also been included.
Mirage Racing, the UK importer for Xray have kindly offered to sponsor this year's event, hence the name Xray GP. The meeting is on 16th March 2008. Booking in on the day from 08.30 - Racing from 09.30 The entry fee is £8.00 per car payable on the day and you can enter on-line at the Cotswold Model Car Club website by clicking on the 'Online entry' text in the left column of the home page. The Xray GP is an open meeting for all makes of model car and subject to sufficient entries we will run the following classes: - Electric - Stock, Pro Stock and Modified Touring Cars. Foam tyres are not allowed for any of the electric classes otherwise the tyre choice is open. - Nitro - 200mm Foam, 200mm Rubber and 235 Super GT - Bikes - nitro and electric All classes will be run to BRCA 2008 rules and all entrants must hold a current BRCA membership. You must bring your BRCA membership cards with you to show when booking in. The rule is no card - no race. There will be no exceptions to this rule as without a BRCA membership card there is no way of knowing if you are insured and therefore you will not be allowed to race. |
