Unfortunately we have decided to cancel the Night race scheduled for Saturday 16th June, this is due to a lack of interest brought on by a busy national schedule and quite rightly drivers don't want to risk unnecessary damage to engines/cars etc. Its a shame as racing under the lights is a sight and great fun indeed .. never mind ...... however a new date for your diary....

On Sunday the 5th August 2007 the Mendip club will host a 6hr “Team” endurance race. We would like teams of six drivers consisting of two large-scale two 1/8th scale and two 1/10th scale cars, each scale will race in twenty minute slots and can change the car and driver as and when they need to.

The cost will be £10.00 per driver, If you cannot make a full team up let us know and we will be able to make teams up on the day. Please leave personal transponders disconnected, as we will need to use the clubs handout transponders for an event of this kind to work. There will be hot food and drink available on the day.

Trophies will be given to the top three teams.
