The Hotel is situated on the A3400 Birmingham Stratford Upon Avon
road, 2
miles from J4 of the M42.
Nominations/Proposal/Nationals
Attached are the nomination forms for Committee Members and Nationals,
and
the form for proposing Rule changes. You will need a seconder for your
proposal. It would be usual for the proposer and seconder to attend the
EGM.
However, if you can't come, you can ask someone else to answer any
questions
that may arise from the meeting.

Your proposal can be amended by the meeting, so if, for example, you
proposed a reduction of weight limit to 797 grammes () then someone else
can
propose an amendment to 850 grammes (). If the amendment is seconded and
passed, then it is the new rule. Please consider this when drafting your
proposal.
The Committee can put forward proposals as a body, and in this case
there
is no need for a seconder. These proposals are subject to amendment and
voting in exactly the same way as any other proposal.
