2007 National Entries
The Entry Form can be downloaded from this link (pdf file)
It is also available in MS Word format: here
For 2007 you have several ways to enter the Nationals.
Download the form from one of the above links, print it out and send it to the address on the form complete with your payment
Download the Word version of the form, complete it as required and send the printed version to me with payment.
As in 2, but e-mail your completed form as an attachment to ViceChairman.10ic@brca.org. You will still have to post your entry fees, just put your BRCA number on the back of each cheque complete with the dates of the meetings it covers and the classes entered.
If you were an entrant in 2006 and there are no changes to your Personal details, Transponder or Crystals, just send an e-mail to the address above and list the events and classes you want to enter. Again post your cheque to the address on the entry form, putting your BRCA number and details of the events it is to pay for on the back of the cheque.
Just to repeat some of the details on the form:
All entries must be submitted by the closing date which is 10 days preceding the race meeting. Any entries received after the closing date will be subject to a late entry levy of £5.
Entry fee is £12 per driver, per class, per meeting, and cheques must be made payable to BRCA 1/10th IC.
Post dated cheques are acceptable, but must be able to be cleared by the closing date, so will have to be dated at least 15 days before the meeting. Cheques dated for the date of the actual meeting will be rejected.
Entries will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Entries will ONLY be confirmed when payment is received in full. This means that entries sent with a post-dated cheque will be classed as ‘Reserve’ until payment is received in full.
Entries will be confirmed via the web site and by e-mail. If you require written Confirmation please enclose a stamped Self Addressed Envelope.
If paying by cheque is a problem, please contact me by 'phone using the contact details in the BRCA handbook, or by the email link above and we can find another way.
