We propose that we add to rule 4.8 the following 'Any entry received
after that time by the organising clubs representative be subject to
an additional £5 late entry fee, and that any entries taken over the
race weekend are subject to an additional £10 late entry fee."

We propose that we amend our rules to adopt current EFRA
construction rules, and that we also adopt the EFRA homologated
lists for bodyshells and pipes. (updating to the current EFRA rules
each year)

We propose that we amend current rule 7.7 to read "start procedure
for finals will be based on an echelon start with a distance between
cars of between 3 to 5 meters depending on track layout, with a
start position determined by the race director."

Seconded John Carr
We propose that all race meetings have a pre defined timetable. i.e.
drivers briefing before any engine running, organised practice in
individual heat order, no lunchtime practice.

Seconded Dennis Paul
We propose that from 2007 all competitors are to provide and use
personal transponders. It is the drivers responsibility to ensure
that the transponder is attached to the car for practice, qualifying
and finals. It is also the race directors responsibility to ensure
that all competitors transponders are registering in warm up for
qualifying and finals, and to inform competitors of any problem as
quickly as possible before starting a heat or final.

We propose that "any driver who for fills their marshalling
obligation then fails to run in their final only be awarded tenth
place points for that final, any driver not for filling their
marshalling duties is deemed to have withdrawn from the meeting and
shall be awarded no points".
