2016 LSOR Section AGM

Large Scale Off Road

Whilst we may be only a week away from Rnd 6 of the 2016 race season it is that time of year when we need to consider proposals for this years section AGM which is on the 30th October (Details on the venue are at the bottom of this post). In line with the 2016 BRCA LSOR section rules the 2016 section secretary needs all proposals so send them to [email protected]

This year we need your proposals by COP on Monday 12th September so Darren can post them online once he returns from his holidays!! This will allow the section to post up our proposals on the BRCA website and www.brca-lsor.org and also have them available for the final two rounds of this years series.

Proposals should be submitted to the Section Secretary, either by email ([email protected]) or in writing to the address in the BRCA Handbook.

It is hoped the AGM can be completed in a reasonable time for all to be able to enjoy our free entry and walk around the heritage centre.

In terms of 2017 race venues these need to be mailed to the secretary ([email protected]) for the 2017 committee to review and announce in a timely manner following the AGM.

Please note that any new venue being proposed will need to provide the 2017 committee a detailed summary of their facility detailing camping, toilets, track specification, catering, rostrum – max drivers/protected/open any other interesting facts!

Please contact our vice chairman ([email protected]) if you wish to discuss a venue.
