Oswestry Radio Car Club, based at the Oswestry Show Ground, race every Thursday evening. Gates open between 18:00/18:30, with open practice from 18:30. Racing starts at 19:30. Only electric 1:10th scale buggies are allowed: 2WD, 4WD and Trucks. In the indoor season, we also race 1:10th scale 'Rally' cars. The outdoor Astro track used in the outdoor season (generally from March through September) offers a fantastic venue to race with its undulating layout and challenges around the lap. We have an covered rostrum and floodlighting enabling us to race in all conditions. During the winter months (generally from October through February), we race indoors on our small yet challenging 'EOS' carpet track.
