Round 2 was held at the long standing technical Wombwell circuit ,
South Yorkshire, on the 21st/22nd May. Another good entry with 46 drivers .

A promising forecast for a dry weekend allowed a full morning open practice and three rounds of timed practice heats on Saturday.

Due to local noise restrictions track time was limited each day so Sunday started with a 15 minute session for those drivers unable to attend on Saturday, followed by three rounds of qualifying heats.

The track seemed to improve each round with several drivers achieving their best time in the final round.
