BRCA Rallycross - RD 2 Important Covid Information 8th Rally X Previous Article BRCA Rallycross Rd 2 - ESBRC Next Article BRCA Rallycross Rd 1 Report. With England entering the final phase of its “return to normal” on 19thJuly the BRCA RallyCross committee and the Club have reviewed our position on the wearing of face coverings and after much consideration we bring in the following guidelines for the national at Shrewsbury:- For the RallyCross national event at Shrewsbury the section will not be requesting you to wear face masks whilst you are camping, working in your pit space, or in the on-site car parks. Of course if you wish to continue to wear one then that is your decision.Likewise whilst you are marshalling you can be mask free.BUT we do request that you wear a mask in the following areas :- whilst in the warm up area waiting to enter the track\rostrum whilst on the rostrum if you are pitting\supporting a racer whilst in the pit lane directly under the rostrum. We also will still be limiting people in the pit lane to 1 per driver as per the previous national event at NWN.You should continue to bring your own gloves for marshalling and the pit lane , hi-viz jackets for marshalling and hand sanitizer. The BRCA’s recommendation to not share any tools or equipment also remains in place. We hope you will continue to enjoy your time at the sections national events as we move forward into a new “Normal” .We also hope that you all take responsibility to protect each other for the remainder of the seasons events. It goes without saying that all other BRCA covid recommended guidelines will be adhered to at our meetings. If any of the following apply please call the entry secretary Suzanne Griffin on 01584 877422 as soon as possible and Do Not Attend:- If you are self isolating having been “pinged” or contacted by track and trace if you have tested positive by Covid 19 and are self isolating if you have any symptoms of COVID 19 and or are feeling unwell Please see link to the current BRCA guidances. As always if you are unable to attend for any other reason please call Suzanne Griffin on 01584 877422 so we can withdraw you from the meeting. Many thanks for your cooperation with this matter, we hope that everyone respects every individual and our decision. The mask guidelines for Herts will be published next week but we suggest at this time they will be similar to the above, with the possible exception of masks on the Rostrum due to the partitions, but this will be confirmed next week, likewise similar guidelines will be issued before the renaming national events. Many thanks and we will see you on the weekend!BRCA RallyCross Team Previous Article BRCA Rallycross Rd 2 - ESBRC Next Article BRCA Rallycross Rd 1 Report.
