BRCA 8th Circuit AGM Proposals 2017

As the racing season draws to a close its time for the annual BRCA AGM.

This year it is being held on 29th October at the JCB Academy Rocester Staffordshire ST14 5JX. 

 

The 8th Circuit Section AGM follows on from the main BRCA AGM and is your time to have your say or get involved in the running of your section.

Your proposals and also any nominations for your section committee need to be proposed and seconded by current BRCA members and emailed to 8thcsec@brca.org by 13.00 on 24th September 2017.

Please ensure that your proposals state the current rule (if any) and reference number along with  your proposed new wording also can we ask that you give a summary of the reason for change.

All received proposals will be published at the final round of the championship at Cotswold on October 7th and 8th 2017

For your proposal to be heard it must be both proposed and seconded by current BRCA members  and in accordance with section's procedures either the proposer or seconder must be present at our AGM to explain and answer questions on the proposal. If neither the Proposer or Seconder attend the Section AGM your proposal will not be heard.

Any changes to construction rules can only be changed at the AGM.

All race procedures, a guide to how meetings and the championship are administered and run, are discussed and agreed by the Section Committee at their annual meeting and will be published prior to first championship round.
