The BRCA Academy is the British Radio Car Association’s dedicated training and development program, created to support the next generation of RC racers while welcoming drivers of all ages and abilities.
With a strong focus on hands-on learning, the Academy combines classroom sessions with practical workshops and on-track coaching. From complete car rebuilds and electronics setup to racecraft and career progression, participants gain a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and competitive sides of the sport.
Each Academy event is limited in numbers to ensure personal attention and quality tuition. Industry experts, brand representatives, and experienced racers guide attendees through every step, offering insights into car maintenance, tuning, and racing at all levels — from club days through to international competition.
The Academy is not just about racing skills; it’s about building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and providing a clear pathway for drivers to progress within the BRCA structure.
