Round 3 / 4 Double header round

Halifax RC track

After just 4 weeks another “double header” weekend is upon us, this time at the prestigious Halifax RC track.

An even bigger attendance than round 1 and 2, with drivers filling almost every pit space available

With numbers like this we were sure to be in for some great racing which is exactly what we got!!

Mother Nature was as kind as she could be with great weather for the Saturday practice and round 3 on the Sunday.  As per the British summer time we were not so lucky on Monday for round 4 although this did not ruin the atmosphere and excitement for drivers.

The track proved very testing for all due to low grip conditions but this didn’t stop drivers achieving some great lap times.

Also, great to see so many FG 4WD Mini’s competing which proves the class is still growing even with the numbers we have already.
