This year there are some huge changes where we are giving online voting and participation ago, yes you read that right... Online voting! This isnt available for all meetings, you can find out the eligable meetings below, you will need to register for these meetings in advance. We will be using Zoom as the meeting client. We will be using a product called Meeting Owls.
Doors will open at 1pm Saturday and 9am Sunday.
Please note for our new meeting format you will need to register in advance for all Hybrid & Streamed meetings regardless of how you attend. For the main AGM Once registered you will be sent a ticket and further information. You will neeed to bring the ticket with you to check in on the day!

- Hybrid: This meeting will be held on zoom as well as In-Person at the venue
