The British Radio Car Association (BRCA) is undertaking an important update to its online systems to ensure the highest possible level of security and data protection for all members.
Part of this process, all members must complete the password reset and renew their membership for the 2026 season before 1st January 2026.
This update is critical to maintaining the integrity and safety of member information following the security improvements made earlier this year.
What You Need to Do
- Log in to your BRCA account and ensure you have successfully completed the password reset process.
- If you need to reset your password use this link: Reset My Password
- Renew your membership for 2026 before 1st January 2026 to maintain your account and BRCA number.
- If you have not logged in or reset your password since the 2025 update, please do so immediately.
Members who do not complete these steps before 1st January 2026 will have their accounts permanently deleted as part of our data security programme.
This deletion will include the removal of your BRCA number, meaning it cannot be recovered or reissued. A new number would be assigned if you rejoin at a later date.

The deletion of obsolete or inactive accounts ensures:
