Amalgamation of BRCA 1/8th RallyX and 1/8th Truggy Sections

The BRCA 1/8th RallyX Section and the BRCA 1/8th Truggy (including Electric Buggy) Section will be amalgamated for the 2026 season, with the RallyX Section assuming responsibility for the operation and management of the 1/8th Truggy/Electric Buggy classes. This decision has been taken to improve organisational consistency, strengthen event delivery, and increase participation numbers across these closely aligned categories.

This amalgamation will operate as a transitional arrangement during the 2026 season and, if required, may continue into 2027. During this period, a new consolidated rule book will be developed, aligning closely with the existing BRCA 1/8th RallyX regulations and the EFRA 1/8th Electric rule book, with the aim of achieving greater unity and clarity across the classes.

For the 2026 season, events will be run predominantly under BRCA 1/8th RallyX rules where applicable. Where RallyX regulations do not adequately cover specific aspects, the EFRA 1/8th Electric rules will be applied as appropriate. Any matters not explicitly addressed within these rule sets will be resolved by committee-level decision.

This approach is intended to provide stability during the transition, support competitor engagement, and establish a coherent regulatory framework for the future development of these classes.

Meeting Format And Race Times

Saturday Practice 

The track will be open for practice for those drivers that are booking into the Sunday Race Meeting. 

The timings for the track opening will be up to the club. Typically 10am to 5pm

There will be a charge of £10 for practice

Sunday Race Meeting

1x Rounds of timed practice in heats for both classes. However the committee can drop the round of practice if needed.

3x Rounds of qualifying with the best 2 to count

Qualifying times for E-Buggy is 5 minutes will a 1 minute warm up

Qualifying times for Truggy is 5 minute heats with a 1 minute warm up

All finals for E-Buggy will be 10 minutes in multiples of 10 with 4 to bump up - The A Final will be a 2 leg final

Truggy Finals Duration will be decided at the meeting (18 minutes/30 minutes) This is dependant on the split between Electric Trucks and Nitro Trucks, the majority attending class will take priority on final duration. 

Entry Details

£25 entry fee for each entry, There will be no discount for double class entry 

Booking closes at 10pm on the Friday before the event

Entries will open in the new year. Please note that payment for the entries will be taken at the same time as the booking

Entry Instructions

To enter simple make sure you are logged in to your account. Add the events you wish to enter in to your basket. Then simple pay for them at the end. 

When adding events please make sure you add the correct event with the correct class you wish to enter.

Refund Policy

The sections refund policy is as follows;

Refunds will be given for those entries cancelled outside of 7 days prior to the event.

For example, Cancel your entry on the Sunday before the meeting the following Sunday a refund will be given. After that. Not refunds will be given
