Just a few little bits of information regarding this weekends event at Coventry. 

There is a 10mph speed limit across the site, 

Camping is charged at £5 per night for tents and £10 for large motorhomes. This will be collected by a member of the club's team. Cash is preferred 

Please study the image below showing the places to park, camp, pit and so on. 

Please note you are able to arrive at the track from midday time on Friday 

Generators need to be turned off a 11pm Time 

Booking in will open at 7am with either Tony or Chris J (listen out for that announcement on the PA system) 

When you book in please have a copy of your transponder number to hand in case there are any changes or errors on the documentation as this will help the Time Keeper during the day to ensure everything is running and smoothly as possible. 

Drivers briefing will be held at 7:45 and racing will commence soon after with round 1 of practice 

Please note that during practice and qualifying the computer runs in automatic. So make sure you are ready for your race in plenty of time, After the first round of the practice has been completed. Tyre marking at scrutineering will be available. 

Cars are no required to go through scrutineering during practice but all the equipment will be available throughout practice so you check your cars before heading into qualifying.
